“News From the Street spans Granelli’s musical roots and long affection for Delta-flavored blues, with tunes from Bill ‘Honky Tonk Doggett, Ry Cooder, and Clarence ‘Gatemouth’ Brown set against more contemporary artists: Jimi Hendrix, Rinde Eckert, and Bruce Hornsby.
